This policy explains what information we collect when you visit these sites, sign up for the newsletter, book a call, buy something or use the ANCHOR app. It covers why we collect it, who helps us handle it, and the choices you have. We have tried to write it plainly. If anything is unclear, write to us and we will explain.
These sites and the ANCHOR app are run by Business God's Way LLC, doing business as Jeff Elder Coaching ("we," "us"), a Texas company.

We use AI tools from Anthropic (the company that makes Claude) to help run the business. Here is exactly where:
AI never makes decisions about you, never sends anything to you on its own, and never offers spiritual guidance or tells you what God is saying. It organizes. Jeff and you do the discerning.
Some of what you share can be sensitive: your religious and spiritual history (for example, practices you have come out of), and anything about your wellbeing you choose to write.
Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. We use three kinds:
| Kind | What it does | Who provides it | Runs when |
|---|---|---|---|
| Needed to work | Keeps forms, checkout, sign-in and your cookie choice working | ClickFunnels, Supabase, Vercel | Always |
| Analytics | Counts visits and shows which pages help, across our sites | Google Analytics | Only if you click Accept |
| Advertising | Measures our Facebook and Instagram ads and helps show them to people likely to want them (Meta Pixel, plus the same events sent from our checkout platform to Meta) | Meta | Only if you click Accept |
When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept analytics and advertising cookies. Nothing in those two rows runs until you say yes. You can change your mind anytime with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. You can also block cookies in your browser settings.
Our pages also load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google to fetch them. Our checkout platform also runs its own performance monitoring and may show a "recently purchased" notice.
We do not sell your personal information. If you accept advertising cookies, Meta receives information about your visit so we can measure and target our ads. Some state privacy laws (including California's and Texas's) call this "sharing" or "targeted advertising." You can opt out at any time by clicking Decline in the cookie banner, using Cookie settings, or emailing us. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal if your browser sends it: we treat it as a Decline unless you click Accept yourself.
We may also give Meta a list of our subscribers' and customers' email addresses, scrambled (hashed) before it leaves us, so our ads can reach people like you or skip people who have already bought. Meta uses it only to match and then discards it. Your answers to intake questions and anything about your faith history are never part of that list. To be left off it, email us.
These companies handle information for us, only to provide their service:
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect someone's safety.
We protect information with encryption in transit and at rest, and the app only lets each person see their own private data.
You can ask us to:
Email jeff@jeffeldercoach.com. We will reply within 45 days, usually much sooner. If we say no to a request, you can appeal by replying to that email with the word "Appeal," and we will answer within 60 days. If you are still unhappy, you can contact your state attorney general.
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. We honor it within 10 days. Unsubscribing stops marketing emails; if you bought something, you will still get emails about your purchase and your account.
These sites and the app are for adults. They are not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
We are based in Texas and our service providers mostly store information in the United States. If you visit from elsewhere, your information will be handled in the United States.
If you live in the European Union, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you also have the right to limit or object to how we use your information, and to receive a copy of it in a form you can take elsewhere. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time; that does not undo anything done before. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
When we change this policy, we post the new version here with a new effective date. If a change is significant, we will email account holders.
